Ive tried Tryvera before and so far so good. The extra strenth seem to work great. Pizza usually ALWAYS give me heart burn, but if I take these before my meal I’m reflux free!

I tried this supplement to support my IC symptoms. I like that the gel capsules are small and that the bottle contains a good supply of them. I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis decades ago and my symptoms come and go. When I’m in a flare, it can be very uncomfortable. I’ve only used this supplement for about a month, but so far it seems to help and causes no issues for me. I plan to keep taking it because I prefer to take a natural supplement instead of a medication for this condition.
