A good way to supplement vitamin D, I put 5 droppers in my coffee or smoothie every morning. I like having the MCT oil too. Would buy again.

I’m a caretaker for my brother, who needs 5000mg (equal to one softgel) per day. However, he can’t swallow the soft gels right now, so I thought getting this D3 in liquid form would be much easier and less mess than cutting open the tiny softgels and squeezing it into his food. On that end, this product is perfect – no hassle to add this to anything since it’s a dropper.

I like that you can adjust the dose to the amount you want. You need to shake the bottle well before each use to mix the vitamin D3 evenly throughout the MCT oil. This has very little taste. Debbie
