It’s hard to tell for sure whether a product like this is a “miracle” for angst because my stress level can vary so it’s hard to track for sure. I can attest that this doesn’t give the same effect as a prescription but I am happy this exists to naturally help me with the angst I suffer with. The product description claims to help with stress reduction because it supports the normal production and function of calming neurotransmitters in the brain. I like the fact that it doesn’t make me drowsy and that it’s non-habit forming. That’s super super important with any products in this category. Also included in the manufacturers description is that this promotes healthy cognitive functions, memory, mental endurance and restful sleep, while keeping you alert. Neuro-Ez nutrients are blended with Valerian, which is known to interact with the GABA receptors in the nervous system.
For now, I feel fine taking this and I’m not having any adverse effects. I’m looking forward to feeling the long-term effects of this and will update my review accordingly. Even helping my angst just a little is a big deal. Have a blessed day.

I am constantly on the lookout for anything that will help my angst. This supplement is doing a good job so far! The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taster odor. I can’t tell a huge difference in my thinking or mood but it seems like it’s doing a decent job of keeping me calm. I’ll know more down the road but as an early review I think it’s a pretty good supplement!
